Invoice Creation - Field Service - Images

Use this option if your company is using the Field Service module to manage a fleet of mobile technicians or installers. It allows you to view any images added to the order by the field service employee on their PDA.

 

Reference

This option is only available if the registration code for Field Service is turned on in your company registration. For more information about Field Service, refer to "Wide Warehouse Scheduler - Field Service".

To view images for a Field Service order:

  1. Display the Invoice Creation screen.

Refer to "Invoice Creation - Menu Options".

  1. Select FIELD SERVICE | IMAGES.

Micronet displays the Windows Open screen.

  1. Select the image you want to view then select the Open button.

Micronet opens the image in your default image viewer.

  1. When you have finished viewing the image, close the image viewer.

Micronet redisplays the Invoice Creation screen.
